5. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the ald1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment details. ald1 is not liable for any delays or transaction errors resulting from incorrect information. Withdrawals are subject to security checks and may take up to 24 hours to process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ald1 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or other damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the platform. All wagering risks are borne solely by the user, and ald1 does not guarantee any winnings or returns.

7. Account Policy

Ald1 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any user account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of terms, attempted fraud, failure to provide identity verification documents, or instructions from relevant authorities. Users whose accounts have been suspended may not resume activity without ald1's approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ald1 platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of ald1 or its licensed rights holders and is protected under intellectual property law.
